Once you have created your account and signed up for a subscription, you have 30 days to try it out. If you're not satisfied with Smart11 within this period, send us an email at smart11@impactfc.nl saying you want to cancel your subscription. We will refund your subscription in full within 10 business days. Please let us know in the email why you weren't satisfied with Smart11 so we can learn and improve our service.

Yes, Smart11 is available for download on all tablets using Apple or Android operating systems.

Not yet! We are currently working on creating a web-app that lets you use Smart11 in the browser of your laptop or desktop. We will notify you when it's ready. If you want to use Smart11 on a larger screen, you can use a tablet!

If you have a PLAYER-account, you can upload footage from your games and trainings on our platform: app.smart11.ai. If you are part of a TEAM or CLUB-plan, your coach/video-analyst/club admin will upload the footage for you!

The statistics in the Smart11 app are the result of your own analyses.

Impact+: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Impact.
Choice+: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Choice.
Correct Goal+: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Correct Goal.
Goal Achieved+: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Goal Achieved.
If Impact, Choice, Correct Goal, or Goal Achieved is not analyzed, this action is not included in the calculation.

Once you upload a video file to our servers, we first have to process the file in order to be able to stream it to the app properly. For a normal 90 minute video file, this should take no longer than two hours. If your video file has been processing for longer than four hours, send us an email/chat and we will take a look if everything is going okay!

No. Smart11 automatically saves the clips of all your actions, and your coach can acces those clips and your analysis if you are part of a TEAM or CLUB plan.

No, the Smart11 mobile app is currently only accessible to the players. Coaches can log in to our website, app.smart11.ai, to view the analyses made by their players.

Custom football language (Game Actions, Goals, and Executions) is currently only available on the CLUB plan. Smart11 offers every user the football language set that has been extensively researched by Impact Football Company, created to effectively help professional football players worldwide to increase their impact on the pitch.

If you want to cancel your subscription, log into your account at app.smart11.ai. You can manage your subscription preferences on your profile.
