Smart11 and SmartCoach are products of Smart11 B.V., located at Leonard Springerlaan 7, 9727 KB Groningen, the Netherlands. We respect your privacy and are committed to processing your data safely and responsibly.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data necessary to provide our services. This includes:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Team/club and field position
- Video footage in which you or others may appear
- Content of chats within our apps
Payment data is not processed by us but via Stripe.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Ensure your account and analyses function properly
- Not engage in profiling or personalized advertising
- Provide insights into your own performance
- Communicate updates or new features (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve our AI models (only using anonymized footage)
We do not share your data with third parties outside Smart11 — including sports associations, clubs, or other external partners — unless required by law.
4. How long we store your data
- Your video footage, analyses, and account data remain stored as long as your account is active. After your subscription ends, we retain your account data so you can resume where you left off. Want your data deleted? Email us at tech@smart11.ai.
- Anonymized videos may be used to train and improve our AI models. These are retained as long as necessary for training purposes, with appropriate safeguards to prevent identification.
5. Minors
If you are under 16, we assume you have permission from a parent or guardian. This is important because we are not allowed to process personal data of minors without parental consent under the GDPR. We rely on this consent as long as it is reasonable to do so within legal boundaries.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data from loss or misuse. Only authorized personnel have access to your data.
