Workshop 1: The impact of the individual
For coaches who want to grasp the ‘why’ behind every action.
In this workshop, you’ll learn not only what happens on the field, but especially why it happens — and how to make it repeatable. You’ll zoom in completely on two essential individual football actions (Game Actions) from the build-up phase. You’ll learn to analyze players at an individual tactical level: their choices, execution, and effect on the game.

Workshop 2: TRAINING INDIVIDUAL TACTICS ON THE FIELD
For coaches who want to transform insight into visible progress.
Now we’ll make the translation to the field. You’ll start from your own analyses of an individual player (made in SmartCoach) and learn how to translate these into practical team training sessions that create powerful individual behavioral changes. Players will understand how crucial the right position, body posture, and scanning behavior are, because you’ll give them the concrete tools.

You now have insight into individual performances. The next step? Ensuring players recognize, train, and automatically apply these insights in matches. In this session, you’ll learn how to practically guide that process — from analysis to recognizable, repeatable training situations.

I derive the most satisfaction from moments when a player or student gains a new insight, which is why I ask (a lot) of questions, try to empathize with the student’s practice at their club, and encourage them to think progressively.

- One complete workshop, delivered in two sessions
- Duration per session: approximately 3 to 3.5 hours

- Participants bring a laptop
- No diplomas or licenses required
KNVB license points
- Participants receive 5 KNVB license points
