Frequently Asked Questions
Which footage works best?
Better footage gives a better analysis. If you cannot see a player or the ball clearly yourself, Clairence cannot either. Watch out for harsh backlight, a dirty lens and a low camera.
A high camera on the long side of the pitch gives the best result. Veo, USF, TV or your own recording all work.
How long does an analysis take?
Usually within 2 hours, at most 6 hours.
How does Clairence recognise my players?
By kit and shirt number. When the analysis is done, you choose which team is yours. Then your players pick their shirt number and see their own moments right away.
Is a clip wrong?
Report it as wrong in SmartCoach. Each analysis also shows a quality grade, so you know how good the footage was.
What does Clairence cost?
