At Smart11, we are proud to welcome ONS Sneek as a new partner in talent development. With a strong focus on both players and coaches, ONS Sneek is taking an important step to bring their youth academy to the next level.
The club’s JO16-1 team (Division 4) will be the first to work with the Smart11 app. Each player will analyze their own matches, supported by our AI analyst Clairence, to boost their football intelligence and gain deeper insights into their game. This self-analysis helps players take ownership of their development and improve decision-making on the pitch.
Coaches at ONS Sneek will also join the Impact Course, where they learn about the importance of individual tactics and receive practical tools to help players perform better. In addition, we will provide workshops at the club, sharing knowledge about the role of football intelligence in modern player development.
