We are excited to announce that Smart11, our innovative video analysis tool, is now being implemented at FC Twente/Heracles Academy. This collaboration allows academy players to take a more structured and hands-on approach to analyzing their match and training footage. From the U13s up to the U21 team, all players will use Smart11 to gain deeper insights into their performances, making feedback sessions with coaches more efficient and tailored.

Smart11 is designed to empower players to actively participate in their development, a key priority for modern football academies like FC Twente/Heracles. With this partnership, we aim to improve self-regulation and tactical understanding, aligning with the academy’s vision for player development.

Youri Geurkink, Coordinator of Physical and Science Development at FC Twente/Heracles Academy, explains the value of Smart11: “The main advantage of Smart11 is that our players will engage with their match and training footage in a more structured way. While we already ask players to review their footage, Smart11 offers tools that help them gain new insights and identify key improvement points. This leads to more productive discussions between players and coaches, as players come better prepared and more aware of their action points.”

Smart11 not only streamlines video analysis but also encourages meaningful, proactive engagement from players, enabling them to identify areas for improvement. Coaches can monitor and guide this process, benefiting from pre-analyzed player insights without additional time-consuming preparation.

We’re thrilled to support the academy’s goal of nurturing top football talents and also see Smart11 as an attractive option for amateur clubs through initiatives like the Regioplan, where we will provide knowledge-sharing opportunities.
