Uploading your first match

To analyze your performances, you will first need to upload your match footage. You can upload any video format on our website app.smart11.ai. The process depends on what Smart11 plan you are using.

PLAYER plan #

If you’re a player who’s using Smart11 on the PLAYER plan (so not on a CLUB or TEAM plan), you have to upload your own games by following these steps:

Create match #

1. Log in on app.smart11.ai
2. In the top menu, click “Matches” to go to your match overview.
3. Click “+ Add recording” to upload your match footage.
4. Set the recording type (Match, Practice match, Training or Other).
5. Set the date.
6. Select your team in the left box, and the opponent in the right box.
   • If it’s a recording of type Match, you will have to select an existing team from the list. If the team doesn’t exist yet in our database, you can add it.
   • If it’s a recording of type Practice match, Training, or Other, you can type whatever you want in the Opponent text box.
7. Check the box if the match is a home match. If the match is an away match, don’t check the box.
8. Enter the result of the match by entering the score of the home team and the away team.
9. Click “Create recording”.

Upload video file #

Congrats, you have now created the match in Smart11! Now you have to upload the video file following these steps:

1. Drag & drop the video file of your match in the area on the right side of the screen, or click “browse files” to select the video file.
   • All major video file types should be supported. If your video type is not supported, please contact us at smart11@impactfc.nl and we will help you out.
2. Click “Upload 1 file” to start the upload.
3. IMPORTANT: Keep the tab open until the upload is complete! The tab will refresh automatically when it’s completed, and say the video is now processing. Then you can close the tab if you wish.

That’s it! You have now uploaded your first match to Smart11. When the video is done processing, you will get a notification on your phone and the match is ready to stream and analyze in the Smart11 app. Good luck increasing your impact!

TEAM or CLUB plan #

If you’re a player on a TEAM or CLUB plan, your coach/video-analyst will upload the matches for you. Once the match is available for you, you will get a notification on your phone!
