Correct Goal+<\/strong>: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Correct Goal.
Goal Achieved+<\/strong>: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Goal Achieved.
If\u00a0<\/span>Impact<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>Choice<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>Correct Goal<\/strong>, or\u00a0<\/span>Goal Achieved<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>is not analyzed, this action is not included in the calculation.<\/p>\n

Once you upload a video file to our servers, we first have to process the file in order to be able to stream it to the app properly. For a normal 90 minute video file, this should take no longer than two hours. If your video file has been processing for longer than four hours, send us an chat or an email at connect@smart11.ai and we will take a look if everything is going okay!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
