All of our Elite Coaching clients use the Smart11 app to review, analyze, and discuss their actions with their personal Smart11-coach.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I try out Smart11 before purchasing it?<\/h4>

Yes! We offer a free version of the Smart11 app. Just download the app in the app store on your phone, or register through\u00a0<\/span>the website<\/a>. You can create your free account and enjoy Smart11 for free. You can upload up to three of your own games, and analyze pro players. When you are ready to boost your football intelligence even further, you can easily upgrade your account in the app or through your profile on the website!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I use Smart11 on my tablet?<\/h4>

Yes, Smart11 is available for download on all tablets using Apple or Android operating systems.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I use Smart11 on my laptop\/desktop?<\/h4>

Yes! If you log in to\u00a0<\/span>app.smart11.ai<\/a>, you can do everything you can also do in the mobile app. Upload your matches, select your actions and analyze your actions. Check out your statistics and progress, chat with your coaches, and analyze pro players.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How can I upload my games to Smart11?<\/h4>

If you have a\u00a0<\/span>PLAYER<\/em>-account, you can upload footage from your games and trainings on our platform:\u00a0<\/span>app.smart11.ai<\/a>. If you are part of a\u00a0TEAM\u00a0<\/em>or\u00a0CLUB<\/em>-plan, your coach\/video-analyst\/club admin will upload the footage for you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What do the statistics in the Smart11 app mean?<\/h4>

The statistics in the Smart11 app are the result of your own analyses.<\/p>\n

Impact+<\/strong>: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Impact.
Choice+<\/strong>: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Choice.
Correct Goal+<\/strong>: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Correct Goal.
Goal Achieved+<\/strong>: The percentage of actions where you coded + on Goal Achieved.
If\u00a0<\/span>Impact<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>Choice<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>Correct Goal<\/strong>, or\u00a0<\/span>Goal Achieved<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>is not analyzed, this action is not included in the calculation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Why is it taking a long time until I can see my game in the Smart11 app?<\/h4>

Once you upload a video file to our servers, we first have to process the file in order to be able to stream it to the app properly. For a normal 90 minute video file, this should take no longer than two hours. If your video file has been processing for longer than four hours, send us an chat or an email at connect@smart11.ai and we will take a look if everything is going okay!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do I have to send the clips of my actions to my coach after making my analysis?<\/h4>

No. Smart11 automatically saves the clips of all your actions, and your coach can acces those clips and your analysis if you are part of a\u00a0<\/span>TEAM<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>or\u00a0<\/span>CLUB\u00a0<\/em>plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I, as a Coach, access the Smart11 Mobile App?<\/h4>

No, the Smart11 mobile app is currently only accessible to the players. Coaches can log in to our website,\u00a0<\/span>app.smart11.ai<\/a>, to view the analyses made by their players.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I create my own Game Actions?<\/h4>

Custom football language (Game Actions, Goals,\u00a0<\/span><\/em>and\u00a0Executions)<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>is currently only available on the\u00a0<\/span>CLUB<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>plan. Smart11 offers every user the football language set that has been extensively researched by Smart11, created to effectively help professional football players worldwide to increase their impact on the pitch.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I get a free demo of Smart11?<\/h4>
